Over the pandemic, she started doing more virtual workouts. "I have been doing a lot of Sculpt, Cardio Boxing and Yoga Classes on the obé Fitness App and virtual classes with Pilates By Amanda. If I don't have a lot of time, I will do Lauren Gores' express workouts on her Instagram. Next week, I am starting Megan Roup's The Sculpt Society which I am really excited about. AND I am dying to try The Class by Taryn Toomey," she revealed to E! Online.
"Every morning is different," she says. "[One day] it's cereal, another is banana and bread with melted cheese on it. Sometimes I'll have yogurt with granola and fresh fruit, so it really varies."
Whitney revealed to StyleCaster that she prefers a light lunch. "If I eat something super heavy, I just get really tired and feel like I need a nap after," she explained. "Usually, I'll have just a salad, and it varies with different proteins. My favorite kind is just mixed greens with grilled chicken and some beets and goat cheese with a vinaigrette. My favorite thing to eat is anything Mediterranean, like a Greek salad with grilled chicken and rice. That's an ideal lunch for me."
Port is a huge proponent of snacking. "I think finding healthy snacks is a really hard thing to do when you're traveling. Just try to be prepared and pack your own," she suggested to StyleCaster. A few of her favorites include sourdough toast with peanut butter. "Or I have those Perfect peanut butter bars that are really good for on the go… they're really delicious," she said.
Whitney has a realistic approach to health. "I try to work out three times a week and eat mostly lean proteins, veggies, and fruits but, I also allow myself to enjoy myself when I feel like it!" she told Hollywood Life. "I don't believe in strict diets or limitations. It's all about a healthy balance."
