(CelebrityAccess) — Country artists Midland announced they have postponed their upcoming North American and UK tours due to a medical emergency.

“Midland regretfully must postpone their upcoming tour due to a medical emergency following the birth of lead singer Mark Wystrach and his wife Ty’s child. The band are all incredibly saddened to delay their tour but are working hard to reschedule for 2020. Mark and Ty will share more info as it becomes available. More information on rescheduled dates and refund details if unable to attend in due course,” the band said in a statement posted to their social media.

The group was slated to perform in the UK and Europe in December, followed by a series of U.S. dates.

At present, the band is scheduled to return to the road at the end of December with a pair of shows at the Coeur D’alene Casino in Idaho with dates scheduled through late winter and early spring.

Midland is touring in support of their second studio album “Let It Roll” which dropped in August via Big Machine.
