Grandparents of murder victim in Daybell trial allowed in court

BOISE, Idaho (CBS2) Kay and Larry Woodcock, grandparents of J.J. Vallow, a murder victim in theLori Vallow Daybell case, will be allowed in the courtroom, according to court documents. The defense filed a motion to exclude several of the witnesses from trial while testimony and other evidence is being presented. Other witnesses now allowed

The defense filed a motion to exclude several of the witnesses from trial while testimony and other evidence is being presented. Other witnesses now allowed in court areLori's son, Colby Ryan, and her sister, Summer Shiflet, are also allowed in the courtroom. Summer will represent Lori's daughter, Tylee Ryan.

The court has appointed Kay to represent J.J. Larry is not considered a victim, but he can be in the courtroom after he testifies as a witness. He can attend when testimony is not being provided by others.

Previously, the Woodcock's attorney, Shanon Gray, filed a motion to have themin the courtroom and represent J.J. Vallow on his behalf. Shanon Gray is representing the Goncalves family in the University of Idaho murders case.
