He was born Dominic Michael Simpson on July 10th, 1992.
At a very young age, Dom identified his talent in music and started to sample different music instruments. By the time he was about 11 to 12 years old, he taught himself how to use the internet chiefly because he wanted to start to create beats.
Before Dom became a member of Brockhampton, he had already sampled music as a solo artist and even went on to become the first runner-up in a Questlove Remix Competition on Pigeons and Planes as well as releasing an album Thesis (Side B).
