Here is what happened:

Jake Paul recently came out with a tweet on X, announcing the fight against Mike Perry. In a statement to ESPN, ‘The Problem Child’ talked about taking on the bare-knuckle boxer ahead of his showdown with Mike Tyson later this year.

I'm Fighting Mike Perry.
When Paul vs. Tyson was rescheduled, I knew immediately that I wanted to still fight on Saturday, July 20. Now, as I prepare for my fight against Iron Mike, there's no better opponent for me than Mike Perry.
Jake Paul said

He said that it was the perfect experience for him to gain in advance of facing Mike Tyson. He did acknowledge the risk that comes with this fight. However, Paul said he is a risk taker and that he ‘fears no man’. Intentionally, that is what the event is billed as which will take place this July at the Amalie Arena in Tampa, Florida.

1 Mike, 2 Mikes, 3 Mikes, 4

The fact is every opponent has touched the floor

5 months until Tyson and I go to war

So in the meantime me & Perry are going to make Tampa roar

I fear no man, anytime, anywhere, anyplace

On July 20th it’s going to be another W, so let us say… pic.twitter.com/SIu6K0VbD5

Jake Paul gives his prediction for upcoming fight against Mike Perry

Mike Perry is a fighter with 22 bouts under his belt. He made his UFC debut in 2016 and fought in the promotion until 2021. Perry pivoted to bare-knuckle fighting which proved to be one of the best career decisions he has ever made. Paul recently came out with a video on his YouTube channel announcing the fight. In the video, he gave his prediction for the upcoming showdown with the biggest name in BKFC.

My official prediction for the fight. Three rounds or less, calling it now. These guys can't hang with me.
