Snow lovers can get a sneak peak at ski season this weekend at Bogus Basin.

Employees have been working hard this week to make enough snow to cover the Pepsi Gold Rush Tubing Hill, but it still wasn't quite enough for tubing.

Saturday Bogus Basin opened a Terrain Park on the hill for skiers and snowboarders. The park has rails, boxes and ramps so guests can show off their skills.

They can use the new conveyor belt system to get to the very top of the hill.

The Director of Mountain Operations Nate Shake says Bogus Basin has a great community of excited riders and is happy to give them a small taste of the upcoming season.

"We're super excited to be able to offer this little bit with what conditions are right now," says Shake. "It gives our community something to come out and ride and builds the anticipation for the season which is maybe still a little ways off."

The park is open Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m to 4 p.m.

Tickets are $10 and can be purchased at the Pepsi Gold Rush Tubing Hill office. Season pass holders can enjoy the park for free.
