BOISE, Idaho (CBS2) — Alcohol is coming back for Boise State home football games.
The university on Monday announced the return of alcohol sales for the upcoming fall season at various kiosks throughout the stadium and in the Fan Zone.
“Our goal is to provide an elite fan experience on game day,” said Jeramiah Dickey, BSU athletic director. “Bronco Nation directly impacts our student-athletes, and ultimately, the outcome of games. My hope is that today's announcement continues to generate excitement and helps us fill the stadium.”
In addition, the university says it's launching a drink responsibly campaign that will be displayed around the stadium.
The Broncos kick off the season Sept. 2 against the University of Central Florida. The first home game will be the following week against UTEP.
